CFFEX Notice〔2022〕 No.37

All member entities,

The standards for identifying active futures contracts and active options contract months in accordance with the Measures of China Financial Futures Exchange on Information Management are as follows:

1. For CSI 300 index futures, CSI 500 index futures, CSI 1000 index futures, SSE 50 index futures, 2-Year China government bond (CGB) futures, 5-Year CGB futures, and 10-Year CGB futures, contracts with single counted (long or short) positions of 10,000 lots or more and the current month contract shall be identified as active futures contracts.

2. For CSI 300 index options, contract months with single counted (long or short) aggregate positions of 30,000 lots or more and the current month shall be identified as active options contract months. For CSI 1000 index options, contract months with single counted (long or short) aggregate positions of 20,000 lots or more and the current month shall be identified as active options contract months.

This Notice shall come into effect on July 22, 2022. The Notice on Information Disclosure Standards for Futures and Options Products released on December 18, 2019 shall be automatically abolished.
