A clearing member who meets the requirements of CFFEX may provide EFP services, while a trading member is not allowed to do so for the time being. A clearing member intending to provide EFP services is required to satisfy the following requirements: having the personnel necessary to facilitate EFP transactions; having the technical systems necessary to facilitate EFP transactions; having sound EFP management systems; and meeting other requirements as prescribed by CFFEX.
When registering for EFP services, a clearing member should submit to CFFEX its registration application and materials via the CFFEX member service system.
