The following troubleshooting procedures are recommended:
Step 1: Check the path: ShecAid - Certificate Management - RSA - Detailed Information - Certificate. If there is a red “×” on UCA Root R2 icon, it means that the root certificate has not been installed and needs to be installed. For details, please refer to Homepage > Services > Investor Services > Innovative Service Column > EFP > Business Operation Column > Installation Guide for Support Software Related to SHECA Digital Certificate on CFFEX’s official website. If there is no problem, please go to Step 2.
Step 2: Clear the browser cache in use, or further repair the browser (if the browser itself has such function). If the problem remains unsolved after such clearing, try using another browser such as Chrome, Sogou, and 360 Browser.
