Pursuant to applicable rules, no EFP report can be confirmed after 3:15 p.m. If there is not enough time to confirm an EFP report created near the market close, the EFP report may be confirmed on the following day. The 60-minute period does not include non-continuous auction time, such as after-market hours, pre-market hours and midday break.
