During the day-to-day supervision of EFPs on Chinese government bond futures, CFFEX will, after identifying any abnormality, immediately investigate and analyze and obtain basic information on such abnormality; if the abnormality is serious or constitutes a suspected violation of applicable rules of the Exchange, timely take corresponding measures; and if the abnormality is suspected to have violated applicable law and regulations, refer the abnormality to the relevant department of the CSRC.
